Viewing Office/PDF Files
You can open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HWP, and PDF files directly in the workspace. Modern Office formats open in a dedicated viewer, while legacy Office formats are used after conversion.

Formats Used After Conversion
Opening a .doc, .xls, or .ppt file shows a conversion prompt. You can also right-click the file and select Convert.

LibreOffice must be installed on the server for conversion to work. The Convert menu shows only the formats currently available.
Good to Know
- The viewer is for checking file content and does not modify the original file.
- The layout may appear different from the original. If a font isn't available on the server, a substitute font is used for display, and for PPT files, some elements such as images, shapes, and animations may not render correctly.
- Preview may be limited for password-protected files, corrupted files, or certain older document formats.
- If you need to check the exact original appearance, download the file and open it in the corresponding document program.
- If you need to save it in a different format, use File Conversion.
