Setting Level-Based Access Permissions
You can set level-based access permissions on a folder.
By assigning a level from 0 to 10 for each permission, only users at or above that level can use that function.
Opening Folder Permission Settings
Click the settings (⚙️) icon next to the folder name.
Configuring Level Access Permissions
- View file list
- View file content
- Edit file content
- Create files/folders
- Delete files/folders
- Rename and move
- Download
Set the required level for each permission.
For example, if you set the level for "View file list" to "6," only users at level 6 or above can view the file list.
Checking the Settings
Folders with a level set are marked with a red number.
Good to Know
- You can override the level individually in subfolders.
