Photography Team Delivered via SetFN Client Space Instead of Drive

Drive was slow and review context kept getting interrupted

We frequently delivered edited and original photos to client companies after product photography shoots.

The method of uploading to drive and sending links was slow with long waiting times, and capacity limits and subscription plan issues were constant concerns.

Correction requests were scattered across messengers and emails, making it easy to get confused about which files were being discussed, and when links expired or versions got mixed up, we had to repeatedly upload and reshare.

As a result, review and delivery couldn't flow as one process, and files were scattered everywhere.

Completed review and delivery in one place with client-specific Client Spaces

We installed SetFN and created dedicated Client Spaces for each client company.

We designated project folders to show previews, edited versions, and final versions in the same place, and client companies could check directly through links.

Being able to leave comments on each file meant correction requests accumulated next to the corresponding images, and agreed-upon revisions were organized with version markings.

Setting client permissions to read-only meant originals couldn't be changed, and delivering only final deliverables in separate folders reduced confusion.

Large files moved at local network speeds, dramatically reducing upload and download waiting times, and review and delivery flowed seamlessly.

Having materials remain as files on our equipment simplified backup and migration, and we could immediately pull out necessary references for next season shoots.
