Synonym Search
When you enter a search term, results include not only exact matches, but also synonyms and common misspellings. You can find what you're looking for even without knowing the exact spelling.
Before You Begin
- An admin must register synonyms in the synonym dictionary under Search Management before they take effect in search. A word that hasn't been registered is not expanded.
Checking Synonym Search Results
Enter a search term in the search box at the top of the screen.
When two words are registered as synonyms, searching for one also returns results that contain the other registered word.
For example, searching for youtube also searches for the Korean spelling 유튜브, the common misspelling 유투브, and youtube.com, www.youtube.com. Below the result count, the actual synonyms included in the search are shown as Synonyms included:.
