Image Search
You can search for text contained within image files, or paste an image to have AI find visually similar images.
Before You Start
- Administrator setting: Knowledge indexing must be enabled in Knowledge Indexing Settings, and images must be included in the indexing target pattern.
Searching Text Within Images
You can also search for text found in scanned documents, screenshots, photos, and other images. Even for an image file, typing the phrase found inside it into the search box will bring it up in the results.
Searching Similar Images
You can put an image, instead of text, into the search box.
A VL (Vision-Language) model understands the visual characteristics of the image and finds images that are similar in content or form.
For example, if you paste in a photo and ask "Find images that look visually similar to this image," it shows you results with similar colors, composition, and shapes.
